Nearly fifteen years ago while visiting France enroot to the home of Jean and Annie Costeaux, the Seppis spent a few days in Paris. It was then that they discovered the fine craftsmanship of DÉGLON – knife maker since 1921, at a Parisian bakery. The knife purchased then has been used daily in the Seppi household never having been sharpened over the years. We are honored to have partnered with another century old family business to bring this knife to you.
In collaboration with our long-time friends and Healdsburg legacy family, the Buchers of Dry Creek Olive Company, we crafted this mild, food-friendly olive oil commemorating our 100th year. Enjoy!
